Easy, Homemade Guacamole Recipe (Super bowl Recipe)
It time for our big Superbowl party, We typically go to friends or family house on Sundays to watch the Superbowl. I try to bring something homemade but simple and easy. One thing about my family is that they love to eat and they want something straight out of the kitchen not store bought. Because I have no time to cook with Zumba classes, kids and running errand I need to quickly pull together something for game day. I love homemade guacamole. I feel like guacamole is something you have to eat fresh. Sometimes you don’t how long the guacamole in the store has been sitting there and sometimes I can taste the difference. Quac tastes fresh and bright when you make it and serve it the same day. Plus, you don’t need a lot of ingredients. This is a simple recipe and after a few times of making this dish – you will be able to eye ball all the ingredients and go by taste alone!
